I was delighted with the hotel's location, nestled in a serene setting away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were spacious and inviting, offering a fantastic retreat. However, I encountered a small issue with a shattered glass door on the patio, which was quickly resolved. The overall experience was excellent.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, enjoying the spacious rooms without balcony access. The floating glass at-the-door added a touch of uniqueness, although one piece on my patio was shattered. The location was perfect for peace and safety away from the hotel zone's noise and crowd.
When I arrived at the room, I was pleasantly surprised by how fantastic it was, but unfortunately, there was a floating glass shattered on my patio, which was a bit concerning. The hotel's service, while trying to solve an issue, ended up wasting 5 hours of my day but redeeming themselves with an above-and-beyond experience to the airport. The location was gorgeous and secluded, offering a safe environment, especially to Isuaro. The dining experience was fantastic with Mediterranean dishes, and the buffet was great.
